We only collect the data needed to process your order: name, addresses, email, phone number (for the carrier) and order history. Payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal — we never see or store your card details.

Your data is used to process your order, for delivery, invoicing and legal accounting obligations. It is never sold or shared with third parties other than our carriers and payment providers. Invoices are kept for the legal retention period (10 years).

In accordance with the GDPR, you can access, correct or request deletion of your data by writing to us (address on the Legal notice page).

Cookies

Necessary cookies and storage. The cart uses your browser's localStorage; a small cookie stores your cookie preferences. These are essential and do not require consent.

Analytics cookies. With your consent, we use Google Analytics (audience measurement, anonymised IP) to improve the site. These cookies are only set after you accept them in the banner and are blocked by default (Google Consent Mode). You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookies & privacy" link at the bottom of the page.

Marketing cookies. If they are enabled in the future (advertising / remarketing), they will also only load with your explicit consent.

Anti-robot protection (Google reCAPTCHA). The contact, product question, newsletter and review forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which analyses technical data (IP address, browser, interactions with the page) to tell visitors from robots. This security service, necessary to protect the site, is only loaded when you use one of these forms. The data is processed by Google under its privacy policy.
