Terms and conditions of sale

English translation provided for information purposes; the French version of these terms prevails.

1. Seller. Products are sold by My Airsoft Game — Frédéric Vigreux, sole trader (micro-entrepreneur) registered in France (details on the Legal notice page). VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

2. Products and prices. Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, excluding shipping costs calculated at checkout. The WEEE eco-contribution of €0.08 per device is included. Prices in USD are for information only; payment is processed in EUR.

3. Order and payment. Orders are paid online by card (Stripe) or PayPal. The order is final once payment is confirmed; a PDF invoice is sent by email.

4. Delivery. Parcels are shipped from France with tracking, via Colissimo (Europe and overseas territories) or FedEx/DHL (North America). Delivery times are indicative. Customs duties and import taxes outside the EU are payable by the customer.

5. Right of withdrawal. Consumers have 14 days from delivery to withdraw without giving any reason (art. L221-18 of the French Consumer Code). The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging, at the customer's expense; the refund is made within 14 days of receipt of the return. Products sold as kits ("Kits" category: Dummy SEUMTEX Kit, LAM Mk23 Kit) cannot be returned.

6. Warranties. Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years, art. L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (art. 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). Please contact us before any return.

7. Liability. Our products are electronic scenario equipment for airsoft. My Airsoft Game cannot be held liable for indirect damage or for the specific conditions of use in the field.

8. Governing law and disputes. French law applies. In accordance with articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, customers may use a consumer mediator free of charge or the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
