An affordable electronic bomb you assemble yourself
The Dummy SEUMTEX Kit was designed to offer an electronic bomb at a lower cost. The board is programmed and the main components are already assembled and soldered — you only do the final assembly. Two game modes are built in.
Mode 1 — Bomb
One team starts the countdown, the other tries to stop it. The two teams go back and forth: one tries to run the timer down to zero, the other defends and stops the countdown for as long as possible.
Settings saved in memory
These two parameters are set once and remembered — they are reused automatically every time, without going back through the menu. They are set in 5-second steps:
The two values can be different to deliberately unbalance the game in favour of one team.
In-game setting (without the menu)
Each time it starts without the settings menu, the organiser can directly change the countdown duration, in 5-minute steps (5 min, 10 min, 15 min, 20 min… up to 90 min):
Organiser pre-arming
Like the C4 Bomb, the SEUMTEX can be pre-armed by the organiser, which locks the countdown duration. Pre-arming does not start the countdown — the arming button must be held to start the bomb.
Silent mode
A built-in jumper mutes the buzzer beep, making the bomb completely silent — ideal for night games. Only the explosion beep stays active.
Mode 2 — Wave manager (Respawn)
This second mode lets the organiser manage respawn waves. They set a minimum and a maximum wave time, in 10-second steps:
- If both values are identical → constant, regular waves
- If both values are different → the module randomly picks a time between the two for each wave
At each wave, the module sounds to tell players they can come back into the game.
Example 1 — Fixed 30 s respawn
A wave exactly every 30 seconds:
Example 2 — Random 1–3 min respawn
A new random draw for each wave:
